We keep our clients informed at every stage in the process. Our construction team communicates with you daily, weekly, or monthly as you prefer. Construction Manager (Agency)
Buttry & Brown is involved early in the process, before the architect is selected. Using a general contractor we know and trust, we ensure that the building is constructed according to our client’s best interests, safely, on budget and on time.
Construction Manager (At Risk)
In addition to acting as the construction manager and general contractor, Buttry & Brown provides a guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and pays for any price overruns that are not covered by a change order.
General Contractor (Design-Bid-Build)
We work from the architect’s plans and specifications to construct a quality building, on time and on budget. We supervise and synchronize the trade contractors, suppliers, and regulatory inspections.
Design Build
We handle both design and construction, saving time and minimizing change orders when compared with other delivery systems. Because the design team and the construction team have an ongoing working relationship, we are able to achieve synergies that save time, money and provide extraordinarily smooth design and construction process.
