Multi-tenant retail and medical building containing medical offices, dental, eye care and take out pizza. For this project, Buttry & Brown did the development, financing, leasing, and property management.
This facility was part of a larger TIF (Tax Increment Financing) initiative covering over 600 acres to help fund the Melissa Town Center infrastructure.
