Buttry & Brown Development negotiated and purchased a 1.61 acre land parcel for the Little Sunshine Playhouse and Preschool in Granite Bay, California. Buttry & Brown funded the project, in addition to hiring and managing the architect, civil engineer and general contractor.
Upon completion, Buttry & Brown became the landlord and currently manages the property.
